APPOINTMENTS BOOKED ONLINE OR IN PERSON ARE REQUIRED TO PLACE A CREDIT CARD ON FILE. YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED UNLESS YOU VIOLATE THE TERMS OF OUR CANCELLATION POLICY. BY BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS:

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • RESCHEDULING MUST BE DONE 24 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME TO AVOID A FEE OF 50% OF YOUR SCHEDULED SERVICE.
  • SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY A CANCELLATION FEE OF 50% OF THE INTENDED SERVICE BOOKED.
  • NO-SHOWS ARE REQUIRED TO PAY 100% OF SERVICE BOOKED.

THESE TERMS ARE SET IN PLACE SO CLIENTS KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT IN THE EVENT THEY NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE. IT ALSO GIVES US TIME TO OFFER THE APPOINTMENT TO ANOTHER GUEST WHO IS ON THE WAITING LIST.
